These Messaging Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to Pros Entertainment Services Inc, d.b.a. The Pros Weddings, owner and operator of www.thepros.com ("The Pros Weddings," "we," "us," or "our").
By opting in to receive text messages (SMS) and/or emails from The Pros Weddings, you agree to these Terms. Consent to receive marketing text messages (SMS) or emails is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from The Pros Weddings.
Program Description
When you opt in to receive text messages (SMS) and/or emails from The Pros Weddings, you consent to receive one-to-one customer care conversations and occasional promotional offers or marketing messages.
Information Sharing
We do not sell, share, or transfer your phone number(s), email address(es), or opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
If you purchase a shippable item, we will provide your name, address, and phone number as needed to facilitate the delivery of your order. Shipping providers are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary in providing services to us.
We may disclose your personal information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or other legal process, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
