Cancellation/Transfer of Deposits/Date Change Policies

Cancellations
Deposits are fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of payment unless event is within 30 days. For events within 30 days, deposits are nonrefundable.

Removal or Downgrade of Services
Items can be removed or downgraded within 60 days of deposit. Deposits on services cancelled within 60 days of deposit can be applied toward remaining service(s).

Changes to Date
Changes to the event date can be made without penalty within 60 days of deposit. Date changes between 61 days from deposit and 90 days from the original event date will incur a $75 date change fee. Date changes within 90 days of the event will result in loss of deposit.

Changes to Locations and Times
Changes to event locations and event timetable can be made until 30 days from the event.
