Customer Friendly Deposit Policy
Only $150 for disc jockey, $200 for video and $250 for photography reserves your date with The Pros. Nothing else is due until two weeks prior to your wedding.
Cancellation/Transfer of Deposits/Date Change Policies
Because The Pros schedule approximately six months in advance, the following policies are necessary.
Cancellations
Deposits are fully refundable within seven (7) days of payment unless event is within 30 days. For events within 30days, the deposit is nonrefundable.

Transfer of Deposit between Services
Deposits are transferable from one service to another prior to 180 days from the date of your event.

Date Changes
Date changes prior to 180 days from the event date are without penalty. Date changes 179 to 31 days from the event date incur a $50.00 date change fee. Date changes within 30 days of the event will result in loss of deposit.
The Pros Photo and Video Price Guarantee
The Pros guarantee our prices. Our unique production methods, economies of scale, in-house video studio and Kodak photography lab enable The Pros to provide you with a value simply unmatchable by other companies. We guarantee it!
If you find the same photography or video package priced lower we will beat the price by $100.00 or return your deposit.
Conditions:
  1. Guarantee is valid within 30 days of deposit.
  2. Package must be offered by an established photography or video company, defined as an insured provider which has done a minimum of 100 weddings in the past 12 months.
  3. Client needs to provide The Pros with a brochure, marketing material or proposal that details services, packages and price. The Pros reserve the right to independently verify prices and packages.
  4. It is at The Pros’ discretion to beat the price or return the deposit.
  5. Price quoted must be for the same date.
