Samuel & Jenna Say I Do in Stockton, CA

Samuel and Jenna wed on a sunny California day at the picturesque Morris Chapel in Stockton CA. This gorgeous church is beautiful on the inside and out boasting ornate stained glass windows at the altar and brick walls covered with climbing ivy and a lush landscape outdoors. For the reception, the couple hosted guests at Bella Vista Restaurant. The Terrace at Bella Vista is perfect for hosting outdoor weddings with a beautiful view overlooking Downtown Stockton’s Waterfront. We love this couples unique vibe and all the stylish details and lush garden blooms from their big day!

Deva & Keith Say I Do in Reading, PA

We love all the sweet details from Deva and Keith’s Reading Pennsylvania wedding! There is rustic charm, beautiful blooms and decorative displays at every turn. You can tell this couple put a lot of time and effort into filling their wedding with personal touches! The rustic doors, hanging window frames and vintage crates fit perfectly at the Reading Artworks event space! We love how the jewel toned gowns and antique hydrangea bouquets add a soft touch to the raw industrial space. The bride looked stunning in her lace gown and with a vintage vibe.     Photographer: Wilbert M.Venue: Reading Artworks

8 Must-Have Wedding Detail Photos

Your wedding day is a day you want to remember forever. You want every last detail like the food, the fun and the flowers to be captured on film. Typically the photographer focuses on the couple portraits and all the big moments like the I do’s, the first dance and cake cutting. Often times all those tiny details that you put so much thought into are forgotten with the hectic wedding day schedule. A few ways to ensure that you’re not missing any of your must-have shots is to hire a second shooter and also opt to have your bridal prep covered. Bridal prep is the perfect time for the photographer to get creative and set up some unique shots. Ask your florist for a few extra blooms and ribbon that the photographer can use to style your shots with. While one photographer is focused on this, the second shooter can focus on the behind the scenes and getting ready shots. Check out our list of top detail pictures and be sure to add these to the shot list for your photographer.

1. Gown – There is something so ethereal about a gorgeous wedding gown hanging up waiting to be put on. A must have bridal photo.

2. Shoes - Girls love their shoes and every bride puts a lot of time and energy into searching for the perfect pair, so be sure to include this pic on your shot list.

3. Invitations - Have your wedding invitation and any other printed wedding day stationery like the ceremony program, place cards and menu readily available so the photographer can set up some creative shots.

4. Jewelry – Have your wedding day jewelry easily accessible so your photographer can stage some dreamy shots.

5. Wedding Rings – There are so many creative ways to capture the wedding rings. We love them on shoes, with the invitation and tucked into your bouquet blooms!

6. Bouquet – Make sure your photog gets up close and personal with your bridal bouquet. This is one of the most important ingredients of the wedding and it should be captured from every angle.

7. Centerpieces – This is where a second shooter comes in handy! They can head into the reception and snag photos of the table-scapes, centerpieces and flowers before the room gets overrun with guests.

8. Cake – Modern Brides & Grooms take great care in choosing the design for their wedding cake. It usually incorporates personal details and is a true reflection of the couple.

FALL in Love

It’s no surprise that October is the most popular month to say I do! Warm sunshine, cool breezes and vibrant colors outside have couples saying yes to a fall wedding. Some of our favorite fall things are lush vibrant blooms, pumpkin flavored desserts and apple cider signature drinks! We also love gorgeous delicate gowns with sheer sleeves like this Melissa Sweet stunner from David's Bridal our bride Claire is wearing! We hope you enjoy this fall wedding inspiration at the gorgeous Rosebank Winery in Bucks County, PA.
